Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Monday struck out the case of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) Governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Eleka Olusola and upheld Dr. Kayode Fayemi of the APC as a duly elected governor of the Ekiti State.
