Months after removing the former DG, DSS appointed by his deputy while he was abroad on hospital bed, BUHARI achieved his dream.of having his man as the CJN by removing the Walter Onmoghen, the country’s head of judiciary.
In a move that smirks of unconstitutionality and seeming disregard for rule of law and principles of separation of powers , BUHARI swore in his kinsman as the country’s head of judiciary.
In his place, he has sworn in Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed in an acting capacity.
He performed the ceremony at the presidential villa, Abuja on Friday.
President’s Special Assistant on New Media, Mr Bashir Ahmad.
In his place, Ahmad said through his twitter handle, @BashirAhmaad, that Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed, was named by the President.
